Ukrainian Prime-Minister Volodymyr Groysman discussed the new budget and the progress of reforms with the Chairman of the European Parliament Committee on Foreign Affairs Elmar Brok, reported by the press service of the Cabinet of Ministers.
“The respected European politician spoke positively of the efforts by the government in holding reforms and putting things in order in the state. We agreed to further close cooperate in order to ensure the EU support for Ukraine in reforming the country was continuous, notable and considerable,” Groysman wrote on his Facebook page.
The message also states that Groysman also discussed the state budget 2017 with Brok, who favorably evaluated it.
Brok and Groysman also discussed the nationalization of PrivatBank.
