International Olympic Committee will review all materials related to the use of doping by Russian athletes

The Disciplinary Committee of the International Olympic Committee launched an investigation against members of the Ministry of Sports of Russia on the state support of doping. This was reported on Twitter by the German journalist Hajo Seppelt.


The investigation began on the initiative of WADA committee, which issued on July,18 the report states that the Ministry of Sports of Russia, the Center of athletic training of teams in Russia and FSB organized and covered the systematic use of doping by athletes in the country, in particular during the Olympic Games in Sochi in 2014.
