US Ambassador to Ukraine Marie Yovanovitch met with the head of the Special Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office and noted the progress in the prosecution of high-level corruption on Friday. This is stated in the message of the US Embassy in Ukraine on Twitter.

“Great meeting today with SAP Kholodnitsky. Great to see real progress in prosecuting high-level corruption”, reads the message.

 


Earlier, the director of the NABU Artem Sitnik said that the appearance of the key sentences will be able only after creation an anti-corruption court.

He also said that SAP prosecutors are not active enough in supporting the public prosecution in court.
