U.S. monitoring group: North Korea prepares for new nuclear tests

The military of DPRK are presumably getting ready for another test of nuclear weaponry; the previous one took last month. Reuters reported this with a reference to a U.S. monitoring group that released their report at 38 North web resource.

Suspicious activity at Punggye-ri artillery range might mean that the military are preparing for the next test.

UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon condemned the recent nuclear tests in the North Korea. He urged the North Korean authorities to improve living conditions for the citizens and drop the provocative nuclear program.
