The son of the worker of the Ukrainian State Border Guard Service 19-years old Pavlo Gryb was arrested in Krasnodar on August 17 for two months. The Octyabr District Court of Krasnodar claimed this on September 13 as TASS reported.

‘The level of the restriction is arrest for two months. The decision was made on August 17’, the court reported noting that the issue is about ‘the accused Gryb Pavlo Igorovych of the 1998 year of birth who is internationally wanted’.

Earlier, the advocate of Pavlo Gryb Andry Cabinin reported to TASS that Gryb is jailed in Krasnodar remand prison #5 of the Federal Service for the Execution of Sentences. Earlier, the officer of the Border Guard Service of Ukraine Igor Gryb published at Facebook that his son 19-years old Pavlo Gryb got lost in Belarus on August 24. His son went to Gomel to meet a girl with whom he got acquainted and communicated in the social networks.

He supposed that 'the Russian FSB lured out Pavlo to Gomel under the pretence of the meeting with a girl and then detained him'.

The Prosecutor’s Office of Chernihiv investigated the criminal proceeding with the preliminary legal assessment under the part 1, article 115 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (intentional homicide).

The Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights Valeriya Lutkovska appealed to the Russian Commissioner for Human Rights Tatiana Moskalkova concerning the lost citizen of Ukraine Pavlo Gryb due to the presence of the information that he was transferred to the law enforcements of Russia.

The Russian special services detained the citizen of Ukraine Pavlo Gryb on August 25 the next day after his crossing of the Belarusian border. The representatives of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry and advocate were not allowed to visit him. The Belarusian side confirmed the fact of the crossing of the border by Gryb only on August 31.
