The OSCE claims cyber-attack on the website. This was told by the press-secretary of the organization, reports Reuters.

"There was an attack, we have learned about this in early November", said the representative of the OSCE, and added that the website is safe now.

The French Newspaper Le Monde quoted western intelligence source, which believes that the hacker group from Russia might be behind the attack. The same group attacked the US Democratic Party during the US presidential campaign. The OSCE noted that they were aware that the attacks are attributed to APT28 Russian group, but cannot conduct an investigation.
