New types of the armament will be bought for the detachment

Stepan Poltorak the Minister of Defense of Ukraine made a decision to increase the investments of the Special Forces as the press service of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine reports.

Poltorak held a meeting with Raymond Thomas the Chief of Staff of the Army of the USA and Colin Kilrain the Commander of the NATO Headquarter during the international training in Lithuania. During the discussion, he thanked his American colleges for the support of Ukrainian Special Forces. 

‘Our Special Forces are still young and we need some time and experience. We are interested in the training of our soldiers, we have a desire, we learn fast and I am sure that we are going to succeed’, Poltorak noted. 

Also, he added that the American instructors trained a lot of Ukrainian soldiers.

The Minister of Defense plans to make the organization and administrative decisions to develop the infrastructure of the detachment and purchase some kinds of the armament when he will come back from Lithia.
