Kyiv court continues looking into murders of Euromaidan protesters

Former fighters of Berkut riot police are charged with killing 48 unarmed protesters during the Revolution of Dignity in Kyiv in February 2014

Svyatoshyn district court in Kyiv continued to look into the case of five former fighters of Berkut riot police. Another hearing in the case took place on Tuesday, April 18.

The former law enforcers are charged with killing 48 unarmed protesters during the Revolution of Dignity in Kyiv in February 2014.

The previous hearing took place on March 2; back then, the jury agreed that the investigative experiment should take place to find out exact locations of particular shooters at the time when the murders were committed. Forensics, as well as experts in ballistics and geodesy participate in the experiment.
