Russia will take the necessary measures in case if Ukraine introduces a visa regime for Russian citizens. This was stated by Presidential Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov, RIA Novosti reports.

"If a decision is made to infringe upon the interests of ordinary people, and if the visa regime will be introduced, then, of course, this situation will be reviewed, and the Russian side will take the decisions it deems necessary in its own interests. I would not like to announce what measures exactly we are going to impose", he said.

Recall, the chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Andriy Paruby proposed people's deputies to raise the issue of introducing a visa regime with the Russian Federation and extending sanctions against the aggressor.
