816 km of roads were repaired in Ukraine this year

97% of Ukrainian roads are in terrible condition. This was reported by the Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman during the meeting with students of National Technical University of Ukraine on air of 112 Ukraine TV channel.

"94-97% of Ukrainian roads are in terrible condition. No one paid attention to this problem for decades. And it’s not only about the quality of road we are drive. This is also about our logistical capabilities, the movement of goods and connection with other countries" the Prime Minister said.

"We have managed to repair 816 km of Ukrainian roads for the first time this year. But this is not enough. Next year we will put in twice as much resources. This will allow us to approach to the restoration of Ukrainian infrastructure seriously, fundamentally " he said.

Earlier it was reported that road traffic was limited in four regions of Ukraine, according to the  State Emergency Service. The blizzard goes on across the greater part of Ukraine, and so does the transport collapse.
