Janna Nemtsova voiced her intend on the eve of awarding her with a prestigious Polish Solidarity Lech Walesa prize, reports "Radio Polsha"

“The part of 700 thousand EUR will be directed to charitable projects of the Eastern Partnership countries. This is the condition of this award. All these charities mainly will be held in Ukraine, which is suffering from a brutal war,” stated Janna Nemtsova.
The money will be spent for supporting families of Nebesna Sotnia, schools restoration and some equipment for IDPs. In addition, she ensured the support of the Crimean channel in exile, which currently is working in Kyiv.
The Russian journalist Zhanna Nemtsova received the Lech Walesa Solidarity Prize from the President of the Republic of Poland Bronisław Komorowski and the former President of the Republic of Poland Lech Wałęsa, the Chairman of the Prize Committee, at a ceremony in Warsaw on 4 August. Solidarity Award is established by the Polish Foreign Ministry award, which is awarded for outstanding work in the name of promotion and protection of democracy and civil liberties.
