‘We have information about some 80 people, citizens of different counties; most of them expect their flights to Kyiv and Odesa. Some of them are transit passengers waiting for their respective flights. Currently, we’re trying to leave Istanbul on a plane of Ukrainian airlines. Otherwise, the passengers will be stationed at a local hotel. The airport slowly gets back to its schedule, there’s some insignificant movement on a landing strip; but most of the service are not working, so officially, the airport has not resumed work yet,’ said Vasyl Bodnar,  Ukraine’s General Consul in Istanbul (Channel 5).
