Russia Investigative Committee opens another criminal case against Ukrainian military

The Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation (RF IC) accused Ukrainian military in the use of prohibited methods of warfare. The announcement of this was published by the press service of the RF IC.

According to the allegations, in the period from February 4 to 6 the armed forces and the National Guard of Ukraine committed numerous shelling on the territory of Donetsk region.

"As a result of that dozens of houses and administrative buildings, as well as power lines and railway rolling stock have been damaged", reads the statement of the Investigative Committee of Russia.

The RF IC also added that in connection with this they opened a criminal case under Part 1 Art. 356 of the Criminal Code "on the use of prohibited means and methods of warfare".
