‘The people of Crimea decided and made their choice. This case is closed. There is absolutely no return to the previous regime,’ Vladimir Putin said at the plenary session of the Eastern economic forum.

At the same time, the Russian president said his country aims to fully implement the Minsk deal.

‘We reckon the Minsk agreements should be implemented to the full extent – without any restrictions and double-speaks. However, we’re not the only ones – participants of the Normandy talks and the USA should implement the agreements, too’, Putin said.
