Ukraine should not count on Western partners’ support in the case of an active Russian attack. MP Andriy Biletsky expressed such an opinion on 112 Ukraine TV channel.

People's Deputy convinced that the West was not prepared for this situation, which has developed between Ukraine and Russia in recent days.

"The West is now totally confused about this. Russia raises the stakes. The West was not prepared for this. Ukraine reassures the rightness of the golden rule once again. It says to rely solely on our own resources, including the Armed Forces. It is unlikely that in this situation, even if it goes into the hot phase, to get real support from the West. They may strengthen sanctions and tear diplomatic relations. There won’t be any real support with weapons and the materials", he said.
