"Yesterday we officially sent a request from the Red Cross, the OSCE special monitoring mission in Ukraine, and from the UN mission overseeing human rights. They should be allowed to enter the Crimea, and in particular, so they could get to the two persons who had been detained . We want to hear what they say, and then the mission will be able to report back to their organizations. We are ready to resort to the following actions, if the need arises. We will see how the situation will develop", he said.
