The ex-president of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych arrived to the court room in Russia’s Rostov-on-Don; he and his lawyer are there at the moment.

At the same time, Ukrainian judges in Svyatoshyn district court discuss opportunities to hold the session on another day, namely November 28. The problem is that the suspects are still not in the court room, which, according to the Criminal Procedure Code, prevents the Ukrainian side to continue the hearing. However, the Russian side, including Yanukovych himself, offered to hold the court session anyway.
