Kyiv District Administrative Court received a claim from the former president, Viktor Yanukovych, in which he asks to recognize the illegal decision of the Shevchenko district police office on refusal to drafting administrative report against the Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko under Art. 173 Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offences. This was reported in the press service of the court.
"The plaintiff asks to oblige the Shevchenko District Police Department of the National Police in Kyiv to draw up a report on Yuri Lutsenko and transfer the administrative case file for consideration to the Shevchenko District Court in Kyiv", reads the report.
Yanukovych said that the public prosecutor made obscene remarks against him on August 18.
Earlier it was reported that the ex-President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych appealed to the National police department of Shevchenko district in Kyiv with a statement about an administrative offense of the Prosecutor General Yury Lutsenko during the briefing on 18 August.
Yanukovych in a statement points out that Lutsenko had committed an administrative offense under Art. 173 Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offences (petty hooliganism, which is, swearing in public, offensive molestation to citizens and other similar actions).
Yanukovych also addressed the qualification-disciplinary committee of prosecutors in connection with "a flagrant violation of prosecutorial ethics rules" and public statements, in violation of the principle of the presumption of innocence on the part of the public Prosecutor Lutsenko. In addition, his lawyer sent the statement on ensuring a transparent and objective examination of the treatment of his client to the Prosecutor General.
Recall, on August 18, Yuriy Lutsenko, commenting on the possibility of "confrontation" of Yanukovych with the current leadership of Ukraine, called him a "wimp" and "scum".
"Yanukovych has proved a weakling, a traitor to the state, which usurped power, plundered state, destroyed the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the security forces of Ukraine, who eventually fled to the territory of a neighboring state, and from there has called for armed aggression against Ukraine. Yanukovych, must collect his conscience, any possible positive characteristics and arrive on the territory of Ukraine and go through everything: the interrogation and confrontations, all that is necessary in such cases, and, I stress, a fair trial and the sentence. But this bastard will nor dictate the country and the investigators what to do", said Lutsenko.
