USA expanded sanctions list against Russia

The United States Department of Commerce added entities to the list that are subject to sanctions, another 23 legal entities are from Russia and from the occupied Crimea. This was stated in the report of the US Department of Commerce, "Radio Liberty" informs.

The Ministry took this step in order to ensure the effectiveness of existing sanctions against Russia for violating international law and fomenting conflict in eastern Ukraine.

The list of new subjects under sanctions will be announced officially on December 27, since the sanctions will come into force the same day.
