U.S. care about competition with Russia, not Ukraine’s fate, - expert

‘In his interview ‘Obama’s Doctrine’, he (Obama, - 112 International) clearly says that Ukraine is not the essential part of U.S. interests, and America will not go for the direct confrontation with Russia, even if Russia captures Ukraine twice. The U.S. has never concealed that Ukraine doesn’t matter very much to Washington. Competition against Russia is what matters. In this regard, Ukraine is merely a part of the game’, Vasyl Filipchuk, Head of the International Centre for Political Studies, said in the commentary with 112 Ukraine TV channel.
