“As Head of Ukraine’s PGO (Prosecutor General’s Office) where the law ‘On the screening of officials’ brought tangible results, I say canceling it is unacceptable. Those who trumped up cases against Euromiadan protesters, those involved in persecuting parliamentary opposition in late 2013-early 2014, have no right and should not have the judicial opportunity to stay in their offices”, Lutsenko posted at Facebook.

According to the Prosecutor General, if the Constitution Court goes against the will of the Ukrainian nation, it will become the beginning of an end of this line-up of judges in the Court.
