Ukraine’s Ex-Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin filed law suit to get restored on the Prosecutor General on personal grounds. Larysa Sargan, the press officer of Ukraine’s General Prosecutor’s Office commented that on air of 112 Ukraine TV channel.

“I think this is more due to something personal, I don’t see any political compound here, or any other compound, which is now discussed by the experts,” Sargan announced.

According to the press officer of Ukraine’s General Prosecutor’s Office, the “law suit has no future because Victor Shokin won’t be able to get back on the General Prosecutor’s position. There were no precedents when the Court cancelled the decision by the Verkhovna Rada.”

As it was reported earlier, Former Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin applied to the Supreme Administrative Court to rule illegal the order on his resignation and the order by the Verkhovna Rada, that approved the resignation.
