‘After Putin’s statements, there are too many worrisome parallels to be drawn. We are now living in hope, yet we are preparing for the worst’. Thus, the Ukrainian diplomat reacted to the most recent speech of Vladimir Putin, which the Russian leader delivered after the allegedly Ukraine-provoked incident in Crimea.
