Ukraine’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs held an inter-agency consultation to talk through the release of the illegally detained Roman Sushchenko. The Ministry’s consular department reported this at Facebook.
The meeting was attended by members of Information Policy Ministry, Justice Ministry, Prosecutor General’s Office, Security Service, Ombudsman’s office. Sushchenko’s lawyer Mark Feygin was present, too.
Previously, Feygin said Sushchenko was ratted by a friend of his family, thus the Russian authorities detained him and now are going to judge him under charges of espionage.
