Ukraine and Myanmar intend to sign a Memorandum on launch of bilateral consultations between the ministries of the countries. This was announced after the first in the history of Ukraine and Myanmar relations official visit of Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin to Myanmar, reports the press service if the Foreign Ministry of Ukraine.
In the frameworks of his visit Klimkin met the President of Myanmar Htin Kyaw, State Counsellor Aung San Suu Kyi and Commander in Chief of Armed Forces Min Aung Hlaing.
Earlier it was reported that Putin sought bilateral cooperation and "new level" of relations in a letter to Trump. Trump, in turn, expressed hope that countries will be able to translate the thoughts expressed by Putin in reality.
