British Prime Minister Theresa May can begin the official procedure of Kingdom's exit from the European Union without the consent of Parliament.

It is reported by The Telegraph.

Brexit opponents argue that for launch, this procedure must be approved by the House of Commons.

The finance ministers of the member countries of the "Big Twenty" at the end of the summit in China, said that Britain's decision to exit from the European Union increases the risks for the global economy.
