Ukrainian Prosecutor General's Office

Requests to strip immunity of three Ukrainian people’s deputies, Hennadiy Bobov, Yevhen Deidei and Andriy Lozovyi, were prepared during joint review of submitted electronic declarations by the Prosecutor General’s Office, National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU) and Special Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAP). This was reported by Yuriy Lutsenko, Prosecutor General of Ukraine, on Facebook.

The submissions were prepared based on articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine — tax evasion, declaration of false information and illicit enrichment.
