Two trains from Przemysl were delayed today: the one in which Mikheil Saakashvili intended to enter Ukraine, as well as the one that was supposed to depart at 15:42 in Ukrainian time.

According to Mikheil Saakashvili, who left the train and commented about the incident on the platform of the station, he intends to go further.

"I will go further, I will try to get to Ukraine. I have a legal right to do this," Saakashvili told to reporters.

We recall, Mikheil Saakashvili decided to go to Ukraine by train to avoid riots at the checkpoint "Krakowiecs". Later it became known that the departure of the train was delayed.

The police denied the information about the involvement of law enforcement officers in delaying the departure of the train.

The Office of the Procurator General of Ukraine confirmed the receipt of a request for the extradition of ex-governor of the Odesa region Mikheil Saakashvili, since in Georgia he acts as a defendant in 4 four criminal proceedings and on August 4, 2014 was put on the wanted list.

As reported, on July 26, President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko, by his decree, stripped Mikheil Saakashvili of Ukrainian citizenship. In response, the former head of the Odesa Regional State Administration Mikheil Saakashvili said that President Petro Poroshenko will not be able to deprive him of Ukrainian citizenship.
