The first hearing in the case takes place in Rostov-on-Don. The case is considered by the North Caucasian district military court.

Previously, four Crimean Tatars – Ruslan Zeitullayev, Ferat Saifullayev, Rustem Vaitov and Nouri Primov – were arrested in Simferopol in winter 2015. They were charged with membership in the Hizb-Ut Tahrir terrorist movement.
