Britain’s place in NATO will remain unchanged, though the British decided to leave the EU, the official said to the press on Friday (Reuters). ‘The UK will remain a strong and committed NATO ally, and will continue to play its leading role in our alliance’, he stressed.

According to Stoltenberg, the Alliance is now deepening its ties with the EU, urging the United Kingdom to stay in the bloc.
