Russian President Vladimir Putin agreed to the proposition of the Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev to appoint President Olga Vasilyeva, employee of the President's Administration, a new head of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation. Retired Dmitry Livanov will hold the position of special representative of the head of state in trade and economic relations with Ukraine.
