Petro Poroshenko said that Ukraine will never return to the Soviet Union. This was announced by the President of Ukraine during the events dedicated to the launch of  visa-free regime with the EU, which was broadcasted by 112 Ukraine.

"This will be the final "goodbye" to the Russian Empire, and later we will hear the words "Back in USSR" only by listening to the Beatles: Ukraine will never return to the Soviet Union again, because we - a proud and free democratic nation - are returning to the family of European people I am proud that we succeeded, "the president said.

Also, Petero Poroshenko added that the heroes of Heaven's hundred and heroes of ATO  are glad because of this.

We recall that on May 17, a ceremony of signing a legislative decision on the introduction of visa-free regime for Ukrainian citizens took place in Strasbourg. The regime will enter into force on 11 June.

Well when an act involves a logical impossibility we can be quite sure it will never happen. The USSR no longer exists so return involves a contradiction.
