Israeli police in the next three days is going to interrogate the prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who is suspected of corruption. About this writes Haaretz newspaper.

Prime Minister and his family are suspected of receiving gifts and other valuables from businessmen, which are estimated at hundreds of thousands of shekels. It is expected that the interrogation will took place on Monday at the residence of Netanyahu.

It is noted that the police tried for several days to arrange a time for questioning. During the talks it was agreed that the interrogation will take place next week.

Earlier media reported that the Israeli Attorney General allowed to start a criminal investigation against Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, in connection with allegations of bribery and fraud. In particular, it was noted that Netanyahu is suspected of receiving a bribe of 1 million euros from the French businessman Arnaud Mimran, who was convicted of fraud. Also, he was accused of alleged involvement in Israel's purchase of submarines from the German company in connection with a possible conflict of interest.

Earlier Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu decided to cancel the visit of the Ukrainian Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman.

It is noted that the decision was taken in the light of Ukraine's voting in favor of the United Nations Security Council resolution on Friday to ban the construction of settlements in Palestine.
