Ukrainian military prosecutor’s office possesses letter of Yanukovych, which was authenticated by the United Nations and demonstrated by Churkin at the UN Security Council. This was reported by Anatolii Matios, the Chief Military Prosecutor of Ukraine, on air of 112 Ukraine TV channel.

He informed that prosecutors were in Washington in winter and received the certified documents, which were shown at the United National Security Council meeting by now-deceased Russian diplomat Vitaly Churkin.

"Russian Kravchenko and investigators had to go to Washington at their own expense due to the end of financial year. They received documents, authenticated by the official UN stamps, which were presented earlier by Mr. Churkin from the Russian Federation. All this was seized with the official assurances from the UN," Matios informed.

All these documents will be made available to the court for the admission in Yanukovych state treason case.

As it is known, next hearing in the case of Yanukovych is scheduled for May 29.
