Russian troops in war-torn Donbas have their combat spirit at all-time low level; some get infected with venereal diseases, which also affects combat effectiveness of Russia’s regular army units in the combat area. Ukraine’s Chief Department of Intelligence at the Defense Ministry reported this on May 11.

“In April, Russia’s 2nd Motorized Rifle Brigade lost at least three fighters who officially went down with HIV/AIDS. The command of the 1st Brigade checks the entire staff for HIV”, the Chief Department of Intelligence said.
