An annual report by the EU shows that Latvia is one of the most compliant countries in the bloc in legal area
According to the 33rd 'Annual Report on Monitoring the Application of EU Law' published by the European Union the level of EU complaint over Latvia is the lowest since 2011. Now Latvia is the fifth country behind Croatia, Denmark, Malta and Estonia. It also shows info graphics proving Latvia’s steady decrease in new EU Pilot files since 2011 and in the numbers of open infringement cases.
The Annual Report on Monitoring the Application of the EU is conducted every year by the European Union. On it’s ground a resolution shall be dawn and forwarded to the Council, the Commission, the Court of Justice, the European Ombudsman and the parliaments of the Member States.
