Kyiv county administrative court is being searched. Bohdan Sanin, the judge of the County administrative court reported that on his Facebook page.
“The morning in the court had an unusual start. There are searches being held since 7 a.m. by the men with embroidered patches that remind those of NABU (National Anti-Corruption Bureau, - ed.),” he noted.
According to Sanin, the people with patches never showed their official documents to anyone.
“The judge Eugeniy Ablov ties these actions with there are two cases against NABU are being considered in the Kyiv county administrative court,” emphasized the judge, specifying that one of the cases – where the civil society organization applies against creating the public council at NABU, the second one is against the NABU Deputy Director Gizo Uglava due to his dual citizenship.
Apart from that, Sanin added that NABU questioned Ablov as a witness and he acknowledged the NABU interference in the judicial proceedings in case with the NABU involved.
“Allegedly, the court that sanctioned a search is the Lviv district court,” he resumed.
112 Ukraine TV channel reporter revealed the details of the searches in court.
“According to the court official, the searches are held since 7:00 a.m. They are sure that NABU is conducting the searches, however they 0never shoed any documents to anyone. The court officials are also sure that NABU is holding the searches because of two cases being considered in their court. In one of them of the cases – where the civil society organization applies against creating the public council at NABU, the second one is against the NABU Deputy Director Gizo Uglava due to his dual citizenship, one of them is Russian,” the correspondent reports.
The information on searches is being checked, RBC reports citing the press-service of NABU.
