President’s press secretary Dmitry Peskov said this

Kremlin does not consider establishing monarchy regime in Russian Federation. This was announced by the press secretary of Russian President Dmitry Peskov to RBC.

“The President is skeptical of such ideas. He was asked about it several times and he still takes such discussions coldly,” Peskov said.

Earlier it was reported that Russia opened another criminal case against Ukrainian soldiers. Ukraine’s military officers are accused of alleged shelling of towns and villages of Donetsk region in the period from March 3 to 10, 2017.
