Ataka political party says Bulgarian diaspora suffers pressure as local law enforcers oppress their right to support territorial autonomy

The Ukrainian outlet quotes Svetoslav Projnov, the Bulgarian politician and MP of the Ataka party. According to him, Bulgarian diaspora of Odesa region in southern Ukraine suffers pressure; the local law enforcers oppress their right to support territorial autonomy. Projnov remembered that in the 19th and the early 20th century, Bulgarians came here, saving themselves from constant oppressions by the Turkish government.
