The visit of United States Secretary of State John Kerry to Ukraine will be held in the coming days - before the NATO summit scheduled for July 8-9 in Warsaw. This was told by Ukrainian Ambassador to the United States Valery Chaly in an interview with "Ukrinform".
"I think (during the visit of Kerry - ed.) we will focus on the coordination of steps before the NATO summit in Warsaw. Ukraine and US common position will not only allow to coordinate their actions on the eve of the summit, but also to plan their future, "- said Chaly, while refusing to tell specific dates of US Secretary of State visit.
He also suggested that among the main issues of the visit it will be discussed "the continuation of progress in the peaceful settlement of the situation in Donbas, the coordination with European partners regarding further pressure on Russia in its implementation of the Minsk agreements, and the US support in the implementation of reforms in Ukraine."
