The Jaish al-Fatah armed coalition claimed to be responsible for the murder of Russian Ambassador to Turkey Andrei Karlov. This was reported by Syrian information portal breakingnews.sy.

The policeman Mevlut Mert Altintas that killed the Ambassador was a member of Jaish al-Fatah.

Jaish al-Fatah coalition, or as it is called, the Army of Conquest is an association of armed opposition of Syrian authorities. It also includes militants from the group Jabhat al-Nusra, which is recognized by UN Security Council and many countries of the world as a dangerous terrorist organization.

Earlier it was reported that  five people arrested after Russian Ambassador murder in Ankara. Russian ambassador to Turkey was shot in Ankara. It was reported to the President of Russia, discussed the situation with the Foreign Minister and the heads of the security services.
