‘Me and German chancellor Angela Merkel took the initiative to organize the meeting with presidents of Ukraine and Russia in the coming weeks to implement Minsk agreements’, French president Francois Hollande said as quoted by Interfax news agency.

He added that the failure to implement the document might lead to worsening of the situation in eastern Ukraine or even the full-scale war.

Previously, Hollande said that preparations for such meeting are underway.
