One of Ukraine’s key problems in management is the weakness of state power. Volodymyr Groysman, the prime minister, said this during the presentation of the Office for Reforms, the upgraded structure of reforms in the country.

‘One of the key problems in management is the institutional weakness of the government; such mechanisms as the office for reforms are an opportunity to make the government more professional.
