The Telegraph

‘We now expect the British government to implement this decision as soon as possible, in spite of all negative consequences. Any delay would cause the limbo to continue’, reads the document, published on the behalf of Donald Tusk, Martin Schulz, Mark Rutte and Jean Claude Juncker.

The EU leaders said they respect the decision of UK citizens and added that the referendum was an open and democratic process.
