“The respective petition was filed on May 25. The hearing will be held in the Moscow-based Supreme Court of the Russian Federation”, lawyer Dzhemil Temishev said.

He added that the date of respective hearing is yet to be defined. ‘Our key argument is that the Mejlis’s status was defined wrong. We will insist that the decision of the Supreme Court of Crimea is illegal and we’ll ask the Supreme Court to cancel it”, Temishev said.
