An activist of Crimean Tatar national movement Enver Abduveliev died in annexed Crimea, - reported the head of the Central Election Commission of the Crimean Tatar Council Zair Smedlyaev.

"62-year-old activist of Crimean Tatar national movement Enver Abduveliev died. He was a participant of the Crimean Tatars’ protest action on the Red Square in Moscow. Also Enver was twice elected delegate of Kurultay of the Crimean Tatar people. In the period from 2006 to 2010 he headed the Dzhankoy Regional Mejlis ", - Smedlyaev said.
