Moldova's Central Election Commission officially recognized the victory of Igor Dodon in the presidential election on November 13. This was reported by "Interfax-Ukraine".

According to the report, the decision was made at the commission meeting on Friday by eight votes out of nine members of the CEC. Now Election Committee shall transmit the election results for the approval of the Constitutional Court within three days.

As a result, Igor Dodon became the third popularly elected president of the Republic of Moldova.
