“We stay firm: the U.S. and EU-imposed sanctions against Russia could be lifted only in case of full implementation of Minsk agreements by Moscow”, Anthony Blinken said as quoted by Ukrinform.

The U.S. official marked that the ceasefire in eastern Ukraine is being constantly violated. He also said that, regrettably, since the end of the Cold War, the White House has been providing comprehensive assistance for Russia’s integration with international institutions. Not so long time ago, the U.S. actively supported Russia’s entrance to the WTO.
