ATO veterans intend to demand the legislation of the suspension of electricity and water supplies to the occupied territories of Donbas. This was announced by the former acting Staff Chief of Aidar Battalion Valentyn Lykholit at a briefing.
"We should talk with terrorists with power, not persuasion. We will be demanding to stop electricity and water supplies (for the occupied territories) at the state level. This is war. People who remained in the occupied territories will understand," he said.
Combating illegal goods supplies in the occupied territories will also be coordinated with the local population, according to him. "We know all the ways. We coordinate actions with local residents. This is a military operation," Lykholit stressed.
Earlier it was reported that Avdiivka residents were left without water due to Donetsk filtration plant shutdown. If the ceasefire will be maintained, the Donetsk filtration plant team will troubleshoot for restoring the water supply to homes.
