Another prosecutor's citation to lift immunity from a Ukrainian MP to be considered by the parliamentary regulatory committee this week. Nazar Kholodnytsky, the head of the National Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office, announced that, TSN reported that.

"I have a case against another MP on my desk, it’s a corruption-related crime. I think we’ll bring it by the end of the next week, at least to the regulatory committee,” noted Kholodnytsky.

“We finish our work with these five citations, however the process goes on,” he added.

He also made a guess that one of the MPs “won’t wait until the consideration of his case starts at meeting of the Verkhovna Rada and escape (the country, - ed.)”.

“I can’t guarantee that all 5 MPs, whom we made citations for, wait until the consideration of their cases start at meeting of the Verkhovna Rada, or at least show up in the session room and recognize the decision taken by the Verkhovna Rada. I have no guaratees, but as a Prosecutor I can do nothing with that,” noted the head of the National Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office.
